Merry Christmas to all our freinds and family who may view this site!

It has been a good year for us. Everyone is pretty much healthy and happy. Dallin and Jessica are doing well. Their baby, Ellimere, is growing and changing so fast. Dallin is still a goldsmith. Jessica is playing in the orchestra, and does an amazing job. Lorin is home from Italy this year and getting ready to start school in January while starting up and running a videography business. Carson is in Brazil and learning so much about himself and others while learning Portuguese. Bryton is finishing high school and working driving a pharmacy delivery car here and there; he is partner with Lorin in the video business. Aspen is working as a waitress and still doing her high school course as well. Jeff is still working as a goldsmith and taking care of his chickens--they give us a dozen eggs a day. And I am working as a transcriptionist and forever at my artwork.

So, as you can see, we are good! We look back at this family of ours and can't believe how fast our kids grew up. In just a few years we could likely be "empty-nesters" at the young age of 48. That's a sobering thought for parents. Hopefully, our home will always be a place to come back to and get together. We can see the kids and their babies and send them home for the night. We can go to bed without any worries of being awaken by them. :) Although, I hear that the aches and pains of old age wake you up at night. So maybe we'll hit a sweet spot there where we're neither young nor old and can sleep well for a few years yet. Who knows?

I am very happy in my life. My husband treats me great and we have a loving relationship. I don't know why I was so lucky. This Christmas is actually the tenth year mark of his accident--the Christmas Eve he was hurt and we spent a lonely Christmas morning without him. So we never take him being here for Christmas for granted. It's really hard to believe he's done so well on his "fake" hip for ten years. Hoping for more!!!

Enjoy our family photo shoot. We had a lot of fun and the sunset, as you can see, was unbelievable. Our photographer can be contacted at silverstudios.photo@gmail.com if you like his work. We did a lot of goofing around. But that's just us. We also had a few extras: Tim, a friend, and, Gianesi, a cousin. Just so you know who they are. Gianesi lives with us and Tim might as well. For those of you who don't know, you can click on each photo to see a larger version and then just back arrow to go back to the blog.

Take care everyone. We hope that you find joy and peace in your life this coming year. May God bless you all.

Love,
Us!
